This image combines two of my favorite things: motion blur and BOTH versions of the Father Larry Ernst Chevy Coupe. This image shows the motion of people moving through a show while these rock steady cars hold firm where they’ve been for longer than some of us have been alive.
The car (or cars, depending how you look at it) were customized by The Barris brothers back in the day. The original car is on the left, and the faithfully recreated and refined second version is on the right, owned and built by Keith Ashley. It was perhaps a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be in a place where both these cars were parked next to each other in the same show. Pay homage to this unique moment by hanging it on your wall!
